How to measure: with arms down on your side, take a snug measurement around the ribs just underneath your chest.
As you are post-surgery we recommend that you go up a size if you are in the higher end of the size to feel comfortable. Please note that the armholes will be smaller than the regular binders to keep your pectoral muscles flat.
