Tucking safely
Tucking is a method thats used to create a flat appearance of the groin. Some trans and non-binary people tuck to ease gender dysphoria and help affirm their gender.
Gaffs are specifically designed underwear made for tucking. They have a rigid front panel that helps keep everything in place and secure.
Tucking may be uncomfortable, but never painful. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop tucking and give yourself a break. We suggest tucking for the first time at home, where you can easily stop and get used to it.
If you feel any consistent pain after tucking please consult a doctor.
