Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed between 1-2 working days after the date the order is placed from Bristol, UK. All orders are shipped in plain packaging, but the shipping label has our return address and 'TSUK'. This is because we are forced to include a business name.

Carriage Charges

My current carriage charges are as follows:

England, Scotland and Wales

Royal Mail Tracked 48 3-5 days - £3.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24 2-3 days - £4.00

Northern Ireland and The Channel Isles

Royal Mail Tracked 48 3-5 days - £4.00

Royal Mail Tracked 24 2-3 days - £4.50

maximum weight 2kg per order.

We currently do not ship to Europe or America.

Note that delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to the courier's policies.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If you have not received your order in the allotted time period, please contact us at uktransshop@gmail.com.

Lost/undelivered Royal Mail orders, please contact us after 10 days past the due date of your order. Once Royal Mail has confirmed the order is lost, we can send out a replacement.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you send us back a Binder unmarked and not damaged in any way within 28 days of the purchase date, then we will happily organise a refund.

We want the binder to be the right size, to be comfortable and safe binding. The Underworks binder can be taken out of the packaging and tried on; however, if it is marked or damaged in any way, then a credit/refund will be at our discretion. Please note that we will only accept binder returns with the Underworks Size Guide included with your binder.

The refund will be the amount paid minus shipping costs. This will be for the amount paid but reduced by our shipping costs.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your binder to organise a return. Email us uktransshop@gmail.com

We cannot accept returns of special/individual ordered Binders because we don’t stock these for general sale.

Lower body garments such as packers, packing pouches, packing underwear and gaffs are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless there is a fault with the item.
